How it stared

Construction runs deep in Fernando’s family. As a child, he spent countless hours on job sites, watching his father proudly showcase his builds. But while construction fascinated many, Fernando was captivated by deconstruction.

In his teens, he worked alongside his father, honing his skills in demolition and understanding what it took to clear a space for something new.

After gaining experience with a well-known demolition company, Fernando realized that cutting corners for the sake of saving time and money didn’t align with his values.

This inspired him to take a leap of faith. Eighteen years ago, he launched Manpower Demolition, determined to build a company that prioritized quality and safety above all.

Today, Manpower Demolition is a trusted leader in the industry, driven by Fernando’s vision to do things the right way, leaving no nail behind.
